Breakfast:
- La Milkeria : For those craving an iced latte, yes a drink that comes with REAL ice in Italy, head over to La Milkeria, and don't miss out on their delicious crepes and waffles. I personally always opted for the crepes and they never disappointed!
- Mama's Bakery : This one appeals to American's mainly. Come here if your wanting traditional American coffee and any bagel your heart desires. They make a mean lox bagel! Super friendly staff and always seating available.
- Le Vespe Cafe : Amazing!! Absolutely loved coming to Le Vespe Cafe, very attentive and gracious staff, just about anything you can think of is on the menu! If you're a student they even give a discount! If you're in Florence for a longer duration ask for a punch card and it could get you one of your cappuccinos for free!
- Bianco e : This little cafe is near and dear to my heart and was possibly where 95% of my cappuccino filled mornings were spent. All of the pastries are to die for as well as the sandwiches, and the previously mentioned cappuccinos. Everything is very affordable as well. I can't stress how kind the staff was in letting me sit in their cafe for hours, while I uploaded pictures, did homework or worked on my blog (because my apartment had non existent wifi). Thank you Bianco for being such a gracious and delicious host during my stay :)
